This process involves 3 main steps:
Log in to https://cliengage.org
Create a new Class
From Dashboard, click on Administrative Tools:
Select Class & Student:
From the menu bar, click on Class Management:
Click on Add Class:
Complete the required information paying attention to the Class Name and the Class Level:
Click Submit:
Rename the Existing Class
Go to Class Management:
Click on the pencil icon to Edit:
Rename the class and select the correct grade level:
Click Submit to save changes:
Move Students
Go to Student Management:
Find the student(s) you are trying to move and click the pencil icon to edit:
Select or deselect the classes accordingly:
Click Submit to save changes:
