Resources on CLI Engage are available either through Public Access or to eligible TSR Online participants.
Public access resources are available at no cost, with no eligibility requirements. All you need is a free Google ID to use these resources, which include a variety of professional development courses and activity collections.
TSR Online refers to resources that were originally developed for the Texas School Ready project (e.g., the CIRCLE preK suite including CIRCLE Progress Monitoring and eCIRCLE professional development courses) but now expanded for infants through 2nd grade.
TSR Online resources are available at no cost to the following eligible programs:
- Public school districts in Texas
- Public charter schools in Texas
- Head Start programs in Texas
- Public higher education institutions in Texas
- Current Texas Rising Star Certified Providers
- Current and former Texas School Ready participants (2003-present, more information below)
- Child care programs participating in the Texas Infant-Toddler Specialist Network (ITSN)
- Programs that agree to send data to the Texas Education Agency’s Early Childhood Data System (ECDS, more information below)

We are thrilled to be able to offer ongoing, online access to Texas School Ready resources for our former participants. Complete our short application form with information about your TSR participation (program or teacher). Why is it asking for my Google ID? CLI Engage uses your Google ID as a unique username and password for user authentication so that no additional username and/or password is required to access the platform. You may already have a Google ID if you use Google products such as Gmail or Google+; if you do not, it takes just a few seconds to set one up through our signup process.
